Well Endocrinology Membership

Most patients become members after their first visit.

Ongoing follow-ups, direct messaging, prescription management, quarterly InBody scans, and continuous monitoring. $300 per month. One month cancellation notice required.

Common questions

Well Endocrinology does not bill insurance for visits or membership. Labs, imaging, and medications bill through your insurance as usual. Most patients find the cost comparable to what they were spending in copays, deductibles, and time.

Yes. A superbill is available on request for PPO plan holders. Medicare and Medicaid patients are not eligible for superbill reimbursement under federal regulations. Dr. Sadiq is not enrolled in either program.

A 60-minute visit with Dr. Sadiq, full record review before you arrive, InBody body composition scan, written care plan, care coordination, and 30 days of direct physician access. Discounted lab and imaging rates are also available.

Ongoing prescriptions require active monitoring, lab review, and direct physician access. Membership is how that gets done properly. If you end your membership, Dr. Sadiq provides a full summary and your prescriptions transfer to your primary care physician.

Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment are subject to a 50% fee. Membership requires one month's written notice to cancel.
